Nonprofit Services
Insight offers a full range of grants development and post-award services to nonprofit and municipal organizations. We are pleased to serve organizations interested in support services to supplement their own resources, as well as organizations that seek to fully outsource all of their grants efforts. Our service offerings include: grant research and analysis (including project and/or organizational fundability analysis), funding-seeking planning, grant writing, editing, on-site speaking/training, web-based training, post-announcement consultation and planning, evaluation, and grant award administration.

Nonprofit Pricing*

Grant Research:
•    $480 for single-topic/single-project grant research
•    $960 for research on up to three topics
•    $2,880 for organization-wide research
•    $160 for funding-seeking planning
•    $800 for program/project fundability analysis (includes grant research)
•    $3,600 for research, consultation, and fundability analysis for large-scale, multi-phased community efforts (such as community-wide, multi-year obesity reduction and municipal wireless projects)
Grant Writing—flat rates ranging from:
•    $500 to $6,000 for foundation grants—with most foundation grants falling in the $800 to $2,000-range
•    $1,200 to $15,000 for government grants—with most government grants falling in the $2,400 to $8,000-range
Grant Editing and Capacity-Building Services:
•    $480 for Single-round editing (for most grants)
•    $1,200 for up to three rounds of editing (for most grants)
•    $1,600 for Intensive Capacity Building Service (includes a training call, organizational tools, and up to three rounds of editing)
•    $12,000 for CAPABLE Grantseekers (includes writing for one foundation and one government grant, remote and on-site trainings, up to three rounds of editing for a third grant, and single-round editing for a fourth grant)
Speaking/Training:
•    $400-800 plus travel expenses for on-site speaking/training
•    $400 plus technical expenses for web-based speaking/training
Post-Award Services:
•    $240 for post-award consultation and planning
•    Call for pricing for evaluation and/or preparation of post-award reports (Note: We offer evaluation services only for a limited number of topic areas.)

Hourly rate for other support services: $80
